Nutrition For The Brain - Jan Ashton-Ross.    N.D, D.R.M, Dip. Nut, Dip. Bot.Med
Children are born wanting and needing to learn. How well this happens is influenced by many things. Amongst the most basic of these is nutrition or diet. In our world of processed foods and environmental pollutants, children  can benefit from nutrient support from as young as 3 months. They continue to benefit throughout their schooling, during exam times and times of social,  emotional and mental stress.
This interactive session will look at the benefit that nutrition can have on children’s development, learning, behaviour and emotional and mental well-being.
