Gifted students benefit by spending at least some of their time with like minded peers and being engaged in challenging, open ended tasks. These one day Enrichment Workshops for gifted primary aged students offer just such an opportunity. They are designed to bring together high ability, like minded children, to encourage intellectual and creative risk taking and provide opportunities for social interaction. Workshops can be designed around many themes. Current themes include A Day at Hog warts, Around the World in 80 days, Narnia, Build a Village, Deltora Quest, Eyes of the Artist, Trees of Life, Cooking up a Storm, Blood & Guts, Pirates, Egyptology, The Borrowers, Medieval, Magical Worlds, Fairy Tales & Myths and Legends, Third Rock from the Sun.
